A creamy rum cocktail dreamed up by Waitrose, which resembles an avocado, has been dubbed 'the most middle class thing ever' by delighted fans.
Following the wild success of its sell-out Chocolate Avocado Egg, the recipe has caused a stir after being shared online.
The cocktail - which uses melted white and dark chocolate, double cream, white rum, peppermint extract, green food colouring, and a giant chocolate button - is designed to look like an avocado.
After posting the drink recipe on their Facebook page, thousands of people liked and commented on the unusual concoction.
One shopper wrote: 'God damn, this is the most middle class drink I've yet laid eye upon'.
Another replied: 'We need these!!!'
A third said: 'Not avocado, but green food colouring. I love avocado but not with chocolate and cream!!'
Agreeing, a fourth commented: 'It might actually be improved by the addition of an avocado. Chocolate and mint sound disgusting to me.'
The cocktail recipe comes after the success of the supermarket giant's avocado chocolate egg, which they bought back for Easter this year.
In 2018, the Waitrose Chocolate Avocado Egg became the supermarket's fastest selling Easter egg ever as shoppers frantically searched up and down the country for the in-demand sweet treat.
The avocado- shaped egg flew off the shelves and had to be repeatedly restocked in store and online.
This year, the supermarket is put them back on the shelves introducing mini versions of the popular egg for customers to indulge in.
Although the Easter egg looks identical to a giant avocado, it's 100% chocolate with no avocado flavouring.
But healthy or not that doesn't seem to stop avocado-loving millennials.
The egg is made up of a dark Belgian chocolate shell with 70 per cent cocoa, and a white chocolate middle which uses natural colouring to imitate the green flesh of the fruit, finished off with a cocoa dusted 'stone'.
The supermarket is also released a 'Baby Chocolate Avocados' for 2019, smaller versions of the giant egg, ideal for any Easter egg hunts.
Vegans also got a slice of the avocado action as Waitrose introduced lime flavoured vegan jelly avocados for £2.50 for a pack of six as an alternative to the chocolate version.
Kate Kind, Waitrose & Partners Easter egg product developer said: 'We know our customers love avocados, but we never realised quite how much until we launched our Chocolate Avocado last Easter!
'The avocados were a huge hit with avo-lovers hunting for them in Waitrose & Partner shops across the UK.
'They sold out much quicker than expected and were such a talking point among family and friends that we wanted to recreate them with some fun, mini versions this year to make sure our shoppers had a whole array of avocado treats to choose from.'
